New Goals: CTA clicks

✨ New Goal type for Tours and Banners

Now you can define success by the exact action you want users to take, clicking a specific button in your Banner or an image in your Tour. Whether it's "Try it now", "Learn more", or "Got it," you can set CTA clicks as Goals to measure engagement based on intentional user clicks, not just completions.

Use "CTA click" Goals to:

  • Encourage progressive disclosure: Let users opt into learning more about advanced features, and track how many do.

  • Track interest: Measure click intent before pushing users into a full workflow or activation path.

  • Detecting points of friction or drop-off: If users view but don’t click, it may suggest unclear messaging, low interest, or poor timing; this is valuable insight for iteration.

"CTA clicks" offer a flexible, low-lift way to measure success when full completion isn't required to deliver value.
