✨ Say who you want to target - Copilot builds it
Describe your target audience in plain English, and Copilot builds your Segment automatically. No property dropdowns, no operator logic, no syntax to remember. Just tell it who you want—trial users who completed a specific announcement, active users who've never touched a feature, people who went quiet last week.
Copilot will validate the filters and locig with you before building your Segment. When you're happy with your audience, end your conversation and your Segment is ready to use in your campaigns.
There are two ways to use Copilot to create audiences:
From the Segments page → Add Segment + button → "Launch Copilot"
Inside a Copilot conversation → describe the audience as part of your campaign
Segments created either way are saved to your account and reusable across all Experiences.
Segmentation is powerful but often tedious. Teams either skip it ("all users") or spend time hunting through properties and operators. This makes the flow simple as "think it, type it, use it." Faster campaign creation, more precise targeting, less busywork.
