Figma's Microsurvey

Figma’s microsurvey is a quick, thoughtful touch to gather feedback on file navigation. The first question asks users to rate how easy it is to find files, followed by an optional second question offering space for specific suggestions. This flow is effective because it’s brief, respectful of the user’s time, and leaves room for deeper insights while maintaining a smooth, non-intrusive experience.

A Figma microsurvey collecting feedback on file navigation, with a 1–5 rating scale, shown as the first of two questions. The second question of Figma's two-question microsurvey overlaid on the file browser, prompting for open-ended feedback followed by an opt-in to Figma Research.
