Who can use Adaptive Microsurveys today?

What's the difference between Adaptive and Manual microsurveys?

Adaptive uses AI to generate up to 3 follow-ups per respondent and route to end actions. Manual lets you write every question and decide every routing path yourself. Use Adaptive for exploratory feedback, Manual for precise control.

Do I need Compass to use Prism?

No. Adaptive Microsurveys work without Compass. Compass makes Prism smarter by adding context about each user. Real-time content personalization (coming soon) will require Compass.

How does Prism decide where to route each respondent?

You describe the respondent groups you care about, like "users who are frustrated with load times." Prism reads the full conversation and routes each respondent to the matching action. The clearer your descriptions, the more accurate the routing.

Does Prism affect performance or load times?

No. Prism processes in the background and doesn't add latency to Experience delivery.
