Writing in-app copy means holding a dozen constraints at once: length, tone, clarity, consistency. Some teams end up bouncing between AI tools, Slack threads, and docs just to get a tooltip to read right.
Now you can refine copy as you build out your Steps. Copilot generates new content or improves what's already there, using your company's context and tone of voice. Enhance, simplify, or shorten — each option reshapes your copy based on your guidelines.
Copilot respects your tone of voice guidelines in the Rich Text Editor too, which is now available in all Launcher text fields. Set your guidelines once and every piece of copy you generate or refine stays consistent, whether it's a Tour Step, a Banner, or a Launcher.
These imporvements are currently rolling out to all accounts on all plans.
