Prism adapts to every follow-up

🎁 Adaptive Microsurveys ask the right questions

Adaptive Microsurveys are powered by Prism and enable 1-1 personalization to every interaction. Everyone gets the same opening question. What comes next is generated from what that person actually said, so a detractor gets asked about the thing they complained about, and a promoter gets asked what to do more of. You don't build the branches, just write the first question and let the follow-up follow the answer.

And it decides how to close. You add the possible endings (one for someone who's frustrated, one for someone who's delighted, one for someone asking for a feature) and Prism picks the one that fits the conversation it just had. Same closing step, the right message. Preview before you publish against your draft, so you can walk the survey the way a respondent would, with real follow-ups, and real routing. If someone reloads the page mid-survey, it picks up where they left off, with their previous answers still in context.

Adaptive Microsurveys are on by default and rolling out to all Pro, Growth and Enterprise accounts. They run on AI credits - your Credits page shows what's being spent per survey, and AI Controls lets you switch them on or off. If the balance runs out, nothing breaks or unpublishes: respondents get your default closing message instead of an adapted one, and the Microsurvey stays live.

✨ While we're at it

Microsurveys can now cap how many responses they collect in a day. Set a daily limit when you publish, and the survey stops showing once it hits the cap, then picks up again the next morning, no unpublishing and republishing to pace it by hand. Try this if you're launching NPS for the first time, or moving over from another tool, and don't want a year's worth of responses landing in their first week.
