🎁 Chameleon works out what your product is made of
It detects the Features people are actually using, lists them for you, and lets you confirm or correct the ones it got wrong, so everything downstream is working from your real features.
Once you confirm your Features, each one becomes a Segment filter (power users, regulars, occasional users, and people who used it and lapsed), so "everyone who dropped our reporting feature" is a real audience rather than a data request. No setup, no event tracking, and nothing to switch on.
Features in Chameleon are currently rolling out to all accounts across all plans.

🎁 Your support question, answered and acted on
Copilot can support you anywhere in the Dashboard, and where the answer is a tweak rather than an explanation, it makes the change. Look for Help in the main navigation: it opens in a slideout without taking you off the page you were on.
Ask why a Tour isn't showing, and it troubleshoots. Ask for a Segment of everyone who stalled during onboarding, and Copilot will build it for you. If you'd rather talk to a person, say so, and it hands the conversation to the Chameleon team along with a summary of what you've already tried, so you don't have to retype it.
You can always minimize it, and the conversation docks in the Help nav item, so you can go back to what you were doing and pick the thread up later. The slideout view carries help resources and your recent help conversations.

✨ While we're at it
Launcher sections can now expand in place to show all items, instead of sending users into a section and making them go back and forth to find a resource. Switch on Enable accordion for a section in the Builder, and its items unfold beneath the heading, while the rest of the list remains on screen.
More than one section can be open at once, so someone weighing what's in "Getting started" against "Help Videos" can see both together.
Accordion sections for Launchers are currently rolling out to all accounts across all plans. The option is disabled by default, so your existing Launchers retain their default behavior.
