🎁 Engage users once they've settled in
Smart delay now starts looking after 30 seconds, waits for an 8-second pause, and it counts more of what users do as activity: scrolling, arrow keys, tab, escape, and typing. It also holds off in cases where an impression would otherwise be wasted. Background tabs don't get shown to. Neither to someone who loaded the page, walked away, and just came back.

Filter Microsurvey responses by your own user properties and events, not only the default set, and slice results by whatever you actually track.
You can now share a Microsurvey via a query parameter link (the same as sharing a Walkthrough Tour), so you can send NPS surveys, for example, via email while keeping responses tied to authenticated users.
These improvements are currently rolling out to all accounts.
